Nidoulove carefully prepares each order from France and sends you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier. The times indicated below are average estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or customs checks.

Order Preparation
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Preparation days included are Monday to Saturday.

Delivery in Metropolitan France
Delivery to a relay point is offered in metropolitan France at a rate of €4.90. It is free for purchases of €49 or more.
After preparation, delivery takes an average of 1 to 4 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 2 to 6 business days.

Home delivery is offered in metropolitan France at a rate of €5.90. It is free for purchases of €79 or more.
After preparation, delivery takes an average of 1 to 3 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery to Switzerland
Delivery to Switzerland is offered according to the options available at the time of order. Delivery costs are indicated during payment, before final validation of the purchase.
Delivery to Switzerland is free for purchases of CHF 99 or more.

Orders shipped to Switzerland are prepared from France. They may be subject to customs formalities, Swiss VAT, import duties, or customs clearance fees, depending on the applicable regulations and the carrier. These potential costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices displayed on the website.

Delivery times to Switzerland may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and customs processing. The tracking number allows you to track the package's journey after shipment.

Separate Shipments
Depending on the nature of the items and logistical constraints, an order may be shipped in several packages, without impacting the announced deadlines.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange, whether your order was delivered in metropolitan France or Switzerland. Items must be new, unused, complete, and returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition.

Returns in Metropolitan France
Returns are free in metropolitan France, limited to one return per order. Upon request, Nidoulove provides a return label. The refund is made after receipt and inspection of the item, to the payment method used during the purchase.

Returns from Switzerland
For orders delivered to Switzerland, Nidoulove accepts return or exchange requests within 14 days of receipt. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a preparation error or a defective item.

The customer must contact Nidoulove before any return to obtain return instructions. Any customs fees, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or administrative fees related to shipping or return are not reimbursed by Nidoulove, unless the error is attributable to Nidoulove.

Exchanges
An exchange is possible subject to availability. For metropolitan France, Nidoulove provides a return label and reships the replacement item.

For Switzerland, the costs related to the return and reshipment of the replacement item may remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a preparation error or a defective item.

Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, food products, supplements, and hygiene products cannot be returned if they have been opened.
