Returns Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (European Union)
   In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right, please write to: contact@nidoulove.com

2. Conditions for accepting returns
   Products must be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase, and in perfect condition for resale. Opened, damaged, used, perishable, or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return address
   Returns must be shipped to the address provided by customer service upon request. Please do not send anything back until confirmed by the team.

4. Return shipping costs
   Except in cases of order preparation error or defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Tracked shipping is recommended to avoid any loss of the package.

5. Refund
   After receiving and verifying the returned products, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, to the original payment method. An email will be sent as soon as the refund is approved.

6. Exchanges
   No direct exchanges are offered. To obtain a different product, a new order can be placed after the initial item has been refunded.

7. Defective products or preparation error
   In case of a defective product or order error, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt at contact@nidoulove.com Please include clear photos of the product in question. A suitable solution will be offered (replacement, refund, or voucher).

8. Special cases
   Promotional offers, gift sets, or bundles cannot be partially returned. Gift cards, digital products, and food items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
